Trent Blanton is an actor, director, and professor whose work spans the stage, screen, and classroom. A proud member of Actors’ Equity and the SDC, he brings decades of professional experience to his role as Associate Professor of Musical Theatre at East Carolina University. Known for his bold direction, expert voice coaching, and innovative actor training, Trent blends classical technique with contemporary insight to prepare performers for today’s industry—while never losing his love for a good horror flick.
